Four mid-rise towers; multi-family residential project. Total of 561 units plus a cultural amenity space consisting of a 200-seat black box theatre and 20,000 sf of administrative space all transferred to the City of Vancouver as a Community Amenity Contribution. These facilities are now leased to the Bard on the Beach Society & the Arts Club.
